Littlewood Completion Challenge – Generation 1 Episode 6

Soon it was time for Brenda & Bianca to go to school. Everything at home was going smoothly.

 

When they got home they went straight to their homework.

 

Soon to be joined by Brenda’s school friend Collin Al Fahad in his fashionable pink boots. He must have missed the bus because he arrived much later than the twins.

 

I fixed the issue with no water / fire etc showing up so here’s Nicholas doing what he does EVERY DAY.

 

Amie’s suspicions were confirmed. Baby #5 was on his/her way. (Note the absence of Kids TV & Kids music, 2 sets of twins is enough).

 

After homework the girls played hopscotch in front of the house with Collin until his curfew sent him home.

 

Soon it was birthday time fort he younger twins. First up, Brianna.

 

Birthdays give all the kids goofy looks on their faces.

 

Until this point I honestly thought all Sims 3 toddlers looked the same, just different hair & eyes. You can clearly see a difference between the older twins & Brianna though. She looks the spitting image of her dad from what I can tell.

 

Next up Bethany.

 

Blonde hair like mom, face looks more like her older sisters.

 

Here’s a comparison of the 4 girls. Brenda & Bianca look exactly alike in their faces. Beth looks like the older 2 except with smaller eyes and Bri looks completely different.

 

Bianca doesn’t like going outside so I moved the easel inside so she could work on her Art in comfort.

 

Brenda had tickets to a free Game from school and since it was just down the street she ran over there after Breakfast.

 

This is when it starts to get a bit hairy. The younger twins are very demanding and one parent or the other pretty much needs to be up with them 24/7. Neither parent are getting a full nights sleep so everyone is pretty much going nuts.

 

The house cleaning is not getting done, ever. They really can’t justify a maid at $125 / day when they only bring in $600 / week they would be hemorrhaging $265 every week. Baby #5 is due any time now. Nicholas has decided that boy or girl he’s happy. Amie just want a baby.

 

After the game Brenda decides to try her hand at chess to keep herself out of her parents way since they are struggling to find time to sleep as it is and the entire family is living on birthday cake.

 

In a rare moment of calm Nicholas decides to get a bit of the cleaning done before the baby is born.

 

Amie decides to start teaching the girls their toddler skills while she can.

 

And then it happens. Not while she’s sleeping like it had with her previous pregnancies but right there in the front room with everyone around.

 

Everyone starts losing their mind and Amie is glad she was by herself for the first 4 births.

Littlewood Completion Challenge – Generation 1 Episode 5

Time for the twins to grow to children. I love the birthday cakes. I usually age people up 1 day early if they are “ready”, but go to the proper day if they aren’t. Infants I let go the whole 2 days.

 

First up is little Brenda.

 

Unfortunately for her, the entire cake lights on fire. (I don’t now why my fire no longer shows up, it used to).

 

It took so long for the fire fighters to get there that Amie calmly walked outside to put Brenda on the lawn, walked back in, feraked out and started calling them again.

 

Once the fire was out and everything was (mostly) cleaned up we tried this again.

 

I waited quite a while for her eyes to uncross and gave up. Weird.

 

Next it was Bianca's turn.

 

Again with the crossed eyes.

 

Brenda rolled Absent Minded.

 

Bianca rolled Artistic. except for hair colour these two look identical, and the hair colour is pretty close.

 

While everyone slept that night I the landscaping crew installed a new garden to Nicholas.

 

First thing in the morning he got to planting, trying to raise his gardening skill enough to grow new plants.

 

Again Amie was awoken out of a deep sleep with labour pains. It was the crack of dawn noon and again no one was around to support her.

 

Nicholas may be a bit disappointed, instead of a son he got another beautiful daughter, Bethany.

 

And much like her big sister Bianca, Brianna showed up on the floor a few feet away.

 

The nursery was quickly outfitted with an extra crib to hold both twins.

 

And Amie convinced her husband to try one last time for the son he desired.

 

It started out well with the second set of twins, tag team baby care.

 

They even found some time for hobbies, like plant talking.

 

And readying trashy romance novels.

Littlewood Completion Challenge – Generation 1 Episode 4

We start off this episode with the twins learning their skills. Amie is obsessed with Bianca. She wants to teach Bianca to walk, talk, go to the potty & see her grow up well. Nothing for Brenda.


Nicholas at least wants to see Brenda grow up well so she takes her for a walk.


The the back garden to teach Brenda to walk there. Fitting actually.


Amie wants to have her kids close together so she lures her husband to bed. Where he turns her down the first time, but after some cuddling & kissing he agrees to the baby making.


After the baby chimes I set Amie back to her old routine. Kidz Zone TV & Kiddie Music. I wanted to get her Fertility Treatments to hopefully get triplets and get her 5 kids over in 2 pregnancies but instead decided to save up for th inheritance and get them a bigger house instead.


Amie taught Brenda how to talk while Bianca had a nap.


Soon after Amie had to take a nap. This pregnancy was taking it out of her a lot more than her first, or maybe it just seemed like it because she was also raising 2 toddlers.


She didn’t even have time to clean the house anymore and the constant breaking of the plumbing was starting to get to her.


Nicholas started to teach Bianca to talk but had to stop halfway through to eat & sleep.


Mid-afternoon Amies pregnancy was confirmed.


When Nicholas got up from his nap he started teaching Bianca to go to the potty.


Amie was more of the drill sergeant though and kept putting Brenda on the potty until she figured it out.


She finished where Nicholas started teaching Bianca how to talk.


She also finished teaching Bianca to go to the potty.


Finally the last plant sprouted lettuce and thanks to a generous inheritance from Amie's relative, they were able to move to a bigger house.


As soon as he finished harvesting, Nicholas called the real estate agent. There was nothing in town in their price rand (or even close) so I placed one from the bin they had a new house built.


When he told Amie the good news, it was none too soon. The twins were growing up today and the new baby would arrive at any time.


They gathered up both girls and headed to their new house on the other side of town.


Home Sweet Home



Just did some rearranging in the twins bedroom. They left the nursery as is since Nicholas was hoping for a boy this time around.
